Haha! Today was such a scary day!

Especially just now when my mother was driving to the airport.

We were in the car, my brother, mother and i, on our way to the airport. So as we were driving along, almost reaching the turn to get to the carpark, when i don't know what happens, but she makes a mistake. And somehow we turn and end up facing the traffic.

Not good.

So we're there. In a stationary car. Having like a bajillion cars coming at us (i'm exagerrating).

I start screaming and go like "AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!". And my brothers like "Mum you're going against the traffic! Hurry up and turn! MUM WHAT ARE YOU DOING! MUM!" And my mothers like FREAKING OUT because WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE WE DOING FACING THE TRAFFIC AHHHHH!!!!!!

Then she turns! And we escape. So i'm there, still recovering from that frightful experience and like hyperventilating to myself in the car. Then my brother goes,

"Mum, you just endangered our lives."

And i burst out laughing. Because its all so funny somehow :D! From then on we started giving her directions on how to get to the carpark, even though it was only a few metres away. My mother kept going that she knew how to get there, just that she hasn't driven to the airport for a very long time. He still gives her the directions while i'm there being annoying and randomly going "Brake!" "Accellerate!" "Right!" "Left!" "BRAKE!" but then i stopped to start laughing to myself again, because i am so thoroughly amused by it for some strange and unknown reason.

Haha, but it was very very fun. Terrifying no less, but very fun.

And before we went home, we played the Shout-For-Your-Car game. Ok, well only i played. Sort of. Basically you're in the capark and you shout for your car! Although they would never reply. And you don't exactly shout if not it will echo and people will shout at you instead. So i shouted (but yet not really) for the car a few times. It didn't reply. But it was fun as well.

On the route home my mother hesitated in the middle of this two way junction. Cartrips with my mother are scary, but always enjoyable. She's not bad a driver, its just that we somehow always get caught in these driving "situations". Hahaha, like Mrs Khoo my geography teacher (who is my favourite teacher because i am a geography rep) kept saying while she thought us Rivers,

"Cheap thrills!"

Chip and fish!

Today was like riding a carousel. You just go round and round until you feel like throwing up, but you don't exactly do so you never get rid of that feeling in your stomach.

The horses go up and down up and down.

And you go up and down up and down.

But when the rides over instead of going to the toilet and throwing up, you get back into the queue and go on it all over again.

Because you love the bright lights and pretty colours, and always have second thoughts on letting it go.

Anyway, thank you lovely people for the well wishes and shell fishes!

Dance was good too! Although i would probably never go to Victoria Concert hall again (because i have tendencies to get lost). We were late so we had to run there, and my shoe gave me the most terrible blisters.

GO TK! WHOOTWHOOT *happy dance happy dance*!

NOW. All you have to do, is come for drama :D:D:D.

Happy birthday Michelle.

Happy birthday to you too!

Hello hello. I was thinking about this during drama today. About how people sit down on the road and tear up leaves. I can just visualise someone now. On the road, outside under the lamp post, tearing up leaves slowly. And when that person ends up with just the stem, they would curl it around their finger to make it twiny, or try to tie it into a knot. Then finally, they would try to tear the stem into two pieces, throw it on the floor, and find another leaf to tear.

What a vicious cycle.

Yesterday my father had friends over for dinner. And they brought their three lovely children, aged 5, 6 and 7 (almost turning 8). But you see i am pretty terrible with children because i'm never around them. So i don't know what to say, and i'm trying to like be a good looker-afterer but i can't because i keep not knowing what to say to their questions! And for some reason kids ask alot of them! I mean A LOT!

We were watching Antz, and i was explaining to them everything that happened. Just then, the scene was at a pub. Where one of the ants was being arrested because he drank to much. Heres what i remember.

Boy: Why are they arresting him?
Michelle: Oh because he's drunk, so he was arrested.
Boy: What is drunk?
Michelle: Oh like hm.. er.. like when you drink too much bee- *stops*, like when you drink too much.
Boy: So, so people are drunk when they drink too much?
Michelle: Not exactly! They arrested the ant because he drank too much and went a little crazy.
Boy: So people are drunk when they're crazy?
Michelle: Something like that.
Boy: (Brother) is drunk smetimes.
Michelle: *freaks out*
Boys brother: I am not drunk sometimes!
Boy: Yes you are!
Michelle: *freaks out, runs over furniture to get to dining table to their mothers side*

Michelle: Hi, er, ah, so you see we were watching the movie and then the scene was in a pub
Mother: *dissapprovingly* A pub?
Michelle: *oh my! Its supposed to be a cartoon my goodness!* Yes, er and then (Boy) asked me what being drunk was so i replied that being drunk means drinking too much then he asked me what i meant then i said like a little crazy and then he said that (Boys brother) was drunk sometimes and i was like AHHHHHH.
Mother: Hahaha, oh dear. *to adults* How do you explain alchohol?

*adults laugh*

*Michelle stands there and feels like she's scarred the poor things for life*

I'm telling you children don't like me. So this whole handling kids issue, i mean, out of my like you know, my er, zone thing. But it was refreshing though, that they actually played with me. We fixed jigsaws and traced and coloured. We had a really fun time :D. I really enjoyed myself, i guess surprisingly to an extent, and practially gushed to Siti saying that i wanted to marry them when they had left.

I will not actually marry them ofcourse, now lets not all be crazy cupcakes here.

Come! Lets go tear leaves! :)

Listening to: I'm Yours - Jason Mraz

Well you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted
I fell right through the cracks
and now I'm trying to get back
Before the cool done run out
I'll be giving it my bestest
Nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention
I reckon it's again my turn to win some or learn some

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find love love love
Listen to the music of the moment maybe sing with me
i love peaceful melody
It's your God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love loved

So I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror
And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
My breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and laughed
I guess what i'ma saying is there ain't no better reason
To rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons
It's what we aim to do
Our name is our virtue

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
this is our fate, I'm yours

Well no no, well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find the sky is yours
Listen to the music of the moment come and dance with me
A l one big family (2nd time: A l happy family; 3rd time: A l peaceful melody)
It's your God-forsaken right to be loved love love love

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

No please, don't complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

No please, don't hesitate
no more, no more
It cannot wait
The sky is your's!
